Yoga in Your Own Home

Home visits are the most popular option and allow you to practise in a familiar, relaxed setting. This is ideal if you:

  • Prefer privacy and comfort
  • Have a busy schedule
  • Are recovering from injury or managing anxiety
  • Want yoga to fit seamlessly into your routine

Studio Sessions Available on Request

Private sessions can also take place in a shared studio space in Tooting, available by request. The studio is used for multiple activities and offers a practical, welcoming space for movement rather than a traditional silent yoga retreat.

This option works well if you:

  • Want to step outside your home
  • Prefer a neutral space
  • Are meeting for a one-off or occasional session

The focus remains on you and your practice, not the setting.

Online Yoga Sessions

Online private yoga sessions are also available if you prefer to practise remotely or need greater flexibility. These sessions are ideal if you:

  • Travel regularly or have a busy schedule
  • Prefer practising from your own space without home visits
  • Want continuity in your practice when in-person sessions aren’t possible

Online sessions are still fully personalised and led live, with clear verbal guidance, breathwork, and mindful pacing. While hands-on adjustments aren’t possible, the sessions remain grounded, supportive, and adapted to how you’re feeling on the day.
