About Jules Yoga in Tooting | A Space to Move, Breathe, and Belong

My Story

I’m Giulia, the founder of Jules Yoga in Tooting, and my journey with yoga began back in 2011. After years of dedicated practice and completing my teacher training in India, I discovered that yoga is so much more than physical movement. It’s a way to connect, to breathe, and to live with balance and compassion. In early 2023, I created Jules Yoga to share that same sense of calm and connection with others in my community.

I started small, teaching a few classes in local spaces and schools, and quickly saw how much people needed an accessible, welcoming place to slow down and reconnect. That experience inspired me to create a space where everyone could practise, regardless of age, experience, or ability. Jules Yoga is now a warm community of locals who come together to move, breathe, and find peace in the heart of South West London.

My Mission and Values

My mission is simple: to make authentic yoga accessible to everyone. I believe yoga should be inclusive, affordable, and rooted in its true purpose — cultivating self-awareness, balance, and inner peace.

Every class I teach is guided by four core values that shape everything I do:

Authenticity – Staying true to yoga’s roots, I teach with care, honesty, and integrity.

Accessibility – Yoga is for everybody. My classes are open to all, regardless of experience, flexibility, or background.

Community – Connection lies at the heart of my teaching. I love seeing friendships and support networks grow through shared practice.

Compassion – I teach with patience, kindness, and encouragement, creating a space where everyone feels welcomed and supported.

Through donation-based classes, community sessions, and private lessons, I aim to make yoga feel
like home, a welcoming space for everyone in Tooting and beyond.

What Makes Jules Yoga Different

At Jules Yoga, community and authenticity are at the heart of everything we do. My classes are intentionally small, ensuring each student receives personal attention, safe guidance, and space to grow at their own pace.

I believe yoga should be accessible to everyone, which is why I offer affordable rates and a free first class. Yoga isn’t about how flexible you are; it’s about how you feel.

My sessions are relaxed, friendly, and inclusive, welcoming all ages and abilities. The focus is always on progress, not perfection, helping you build strength, calm, and balance both on and off the ma.

My Students and Community

The people who practise with me come from all walks of life—parents, professionals, older adults, and children, who each find something meaningful in their practice. I feel truly grateful to share yoga
in Tooting and beyond.
