Yoga with Jules

“Yoga is the journey of the self,
through the self, to the self.”

The Bhagavad-Gita

So this is me…..

Hi there! My name is Giulia (pronounced ‘Julia) more commonly known by my mother’s nickname for me, Jules.

My journey with yoga began in my early twenties when a friend returned from India transformed by the practice of yoga and meditation. However, it wasn’t until many years later, when I moved to Australia from London, that I attended my first Vinyasa yoga class and fell in love with the practice.

Through the years, I went through some life-changing events that I struggled to deal with until I turned to yoga and meditation for support.

These practices helped me become mentally and physically stronger. I soon realized I wanted to learn more, including other holistic approaches, to improve my quality of life and help others.

In 2019, I decided to do my 200-hour Asthanga YTT in India, and since then, I have been continuing my training in Yin, Vinyasa, Pregnancy, Kids’, and Chair yoga, as well as breathwork and Reiki.

I am extremely passionate about making yoga accessible to everyone, no matter the body type, age, and life experiences.

My classes will vary depending on the needs of my students. I will be introducing you not only yoga poses but also breathwork, alignment, and eventually how to get to a relaxing state of mind that you can then take off your mat and into your daily life.

Please get in touch if you would like to book!
