Based on Upper Tooting Road, Jules Yoga is led by myself; Giulia Sarti, a Yoga Alliance-certified instructor trained in India with over 14 years’ experience. My mission is to make yoga accessible, community-led, and meaningful, blending traditional practice with modern wellbeing.
Offering both private and group yoga classes in Tooting, I help students find balance, strength, and calm in a warm and supportive environment. Sessions are guided with safe adjustments and philosophy-led teaching that focuses on connection over perfection.
